HearUSA offers the following plan options:
- Capitated Plans - Sponsor pays a per member per month fee to HearUSA for all covered services and hearing aids. HearUSA bears the risk.
- Funded Fee-for-Service Plans (ASO) - Providers discount charges for services and hearing aids according to the managed care formulae. The covered benefit (usually a dollar amount) is funded by the sponsor.
- Customized Plans - A hearing benefit plan designed specifically to meet your organization's needs.
