Using the Program

Follow these four easy steps to participate in the WEA Trust Hearing Care Program:

1. Print the Membership Letter and Discount Summary Form. The member letter provides the details of the discount program, including the discount description. The Discount Summary Form is to be completed and returned to NECP by the provider. (It is for reporting purposes only. It is not a claim for payment.)
   
   
2. Locate a Provider near you. Confirm with the audiologist that he or she is an NECP provider and identify yourself as a WEA Trust member with discounts through NECP.
   
   
3. Take the Discount Summary Form with you to your appointment. The provider will complete the form and return it to NECP.
   
   
4. Pay the provider directly at the discounted price.
