1) Return hearing aids for a refund within 60 days of purchase. Only applies to prescription hearing aids purchased through HearUSA (excludes any purchase where HearUSA is 3rd party dispenser of the hearing aid being purchased). Excludes Sony over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids. Valid on purchases made October 1 through December 31, 2023.
In the event you decide to return the prescription hearing aids within the 60-day trial period, you will receive a refund of the total purchase price in the same manner that you paid for the prescription hearing aids, upon return of the prescription hearing aids in good working condition, less any charges permitted by the state of purchase.
2) The price match guarantee can be applied on purchases of HearUSA-affiliated branded (Signia, Widex and Rexton) products of a comparable level of technology. Only for prescription hearing aid devices. Excludes over-the-counter (OTC), personal sound amplifiers (PSAPs), and used/refurbished hearing aids. Price match guarantee cannot be combined with insurance or any government health care program, including (but not limited to) Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare; and cannot be combined with other offers or items already on sale (e.g., buy one get one offers). Does not apply to any financing offers, coupon offers, online, special group, or membership pricing client received at competitors. To qualify, client must present a written quote or invoice from a HearUSA competitor that includes product and pricing details, manufacturer and model of hearing aids, and the location where the quote was obtained. Quote must be provided at the time of purchase and may not be applied to any previous purchases. Written invoice or quote must be from a US hearing care retailer or independent hearing care provider and dated within 30 days of a client visit to HearUSA, and is required to be presented at the time of the initial client visit, in center only. 3) Purchase of a HearUSA product, a valid email address, mobile phone number, and opt-in for HearUSA communications are required to qualify for the HearUSA Loyalty Club. Loyalty Club membership hearing aid purchase qualification applies to purchases April 3, 2023, or later. This only applies to prescription hearing aids purchased through HearUSA (excludes any purchase where HearUSA is 3rd party dispenser of the hearing aid being purchased). 4) The purpose of this hearing assessment and/or demonstration is for hearing wellness and to determine if the consumer may benefit from using hearing aids, which may include selling and fitting hearing aids. Products demonstrated may differ from products sold. The assessment conclusion is not a medical diagnosis and further testing may be required to diagnose hearing loss. The use of any hearing aid may not fully restore normal hearing and does not prevent future hearing loss. Hearing instruments may not meet the needs of all hearing-impaired individuals.
