The co-leaders of these five groups and other dedicated Inclusion champions sit on the ERG Council, which provides employees with the opportunity to advise executive leadership on topics related to Inclusion and Belonging. The ERG Council makes recommendations to ensure that HearUSA achieves its diversity and inclusion mission and long-term goals. Employees can apply to join the ERG Council and participate for a two-year term.
As part of WSA, ERG Council members also collaborate with MoSAIC, the Global Inclusion and Belonging Network.
