McKenna was very informative. I was a little misunderstanding about my initial trial of the Widex Moment product with regard to actual cost. So now I have to try the Signia product and really within my price range don't have any other choice. She helped clear that up.

First, the office is professional. I receive prompt care. Sandra, my hearing professional, listens to my questions. I have hearing loss and tinnitus, so I bought new hearing aids. I am very happy with my choice. Sandra, discovered that a different dome would help with tinnitus, and along with the Notch therapy my tinnitus is barely there. The hearing test was fairly comprehensive compared to ones I've previously had. My only concern was that when I was trying to access this benefit, the Hear USA contact on the MedMutual site ONLY emphasized that I'd be able to get hearing aids at a reduced price without ever mentioning that the hearing test would be conducted & comprehensive & that I would be able to refuse hearing aids if they weren't needed, which they weren't. I don't like the "hard sell" approach being a new member of the MedMutual Medicare plan.
