I was referred to Hear USA by my medical team at Kaiser Pemnanente to have a special piece made for my ear canal which is very small. Laurie Van Duivenbode treated me, created the mold for the piece, and also helped me with several other issues. Laurie is the best. I always get an appointment when I need. They are timely and I get my problems solved. Couldn't be happier.
