Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist AJ Surrette has spent her career helping others thrive.

With an international education in audiology and communication sciences, and 10 years of experience in healthcare and customer service, AJ has positively impacted countless lives, including adults with mental disabilities and those with hearing loss. She’s been helping people improve their lives through better hearing in HearUSA’s Edmonds, Washington office since 2023.

Highly regarded for her experience, professionalism, and care, AJ currently serves on the HearUSA Hearing Care Professionals Advisory Board. She and the team work tirelessly to uphold HearUSA’s commitment to Simply Excellent Hearing Care and embrace the future of hearing health.

    AJ returned to Washington and stepped into her HearUSA career as a Patient Care Coordinator in 2018. She then transitioned to a Hearing Aid Technician in 2020 and became a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in 2022.

    In 2023, AJ transferred to the HearUSA office in Edmonds, WA, where she’s currently working, helping patients find personalized hearing solutions that enhance their quality of life.

    A native of Woodinville, Washington, AJ is passionate about spending time out and about in her community and making meaningful connections with her patients.

    AJ’s endless commitment to others extends beyond the hearing profession, as she has provided compassionate care and assistance to adults with mental disabilities and currently volunteers to tutor public high school students in math, science, history, and English.
