How HearAssist Works

HearAssist gives you virtual access to expert hearing care and audiologists around the country. Since appointments take place inside select HearUSA centers, you don’t have to manage any of the technology. We do it for you.

Here’s how it works:

  • 1.

    Book your appointment

Book your HearAssist hearing care appointment online or by phone at a participating HearUSA center.
  • 2.

    Go to your appointment

Arrive at your booked HearUSA location - no need to bring a special device or computer with you. We’ll have everything ready for you.
  • 3.

    Meet your on-site team

Our welcoming staff greets you, answers initial questions, and guides you into a comfortable, private care room.
  • 4.

    Connect with a virtual audiologist

Our HearUSA team handles the technology setup the entire time, connecting you seamlessly via secure video to a licensed telehealth audiologist.
  • 5.

    Receive your custom care plan

Together with your virtual audiologist and local team, you'll review your results and choose the right hearing solutions for your hearing needs, lifestyle and budget.

Your Comfort Matters

You're Never Alone
