Colleen Evans, Hearing Care Professional
Colleen’s mission in hearing health began 25 years ago when her four-year-old son was diagnosed with hearing loss following chemotherapy for a brain tumor. Navigating his hearing journey inspired a lifelong passion for advocating for hearing health. Today, her son is healthy and thriving with hearing aids.
Colleen joined HearUSA in 1999 as a Client Experience Specialist, later serving as Insurance Team Lead before completing her Hearing Instrument Specialist apprenticeship. That comprehensive background gives her an incredible, well-rounded understanding of every step of the patient experience. Colleen brings incredible empathy, warmth, and dedication to every fitting and evaluation, helping the Heath and surrounding communities stay connected to those and what they love.
Audiologists perform full diagnostic assessments to determine the type, degree, and impact of hearing loss, ensuring every patient receives a clear, medically grounded understanding of their condition.
