Every day our Hearing Care Professionals (HCP) change lives by providing clients with access to personalized care and advanced hearing technology. Our Hearing Care Professionals are focused on delivering Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

The Hearing Care Professional Advisory Board is composed of seven HCPs who are helping shape the future of HearUSA.

The HCP Advisory Board provides feedback and professional expertise directly to senior management on client care. Board members give input on the impact of proposed initiatives and processes, new products, and practice standards in the clinical setting. Their professional expertise helps HearUSA deliver Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

Our Team for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (TIDE) Council provides employees with the opportunity to advise executive leadership on topics related to diversity, inclusion, and equity. The TIDE Council makes recommendations to ensure that HearUSA achieves its diversity and inclusion mission and long-term goals. Employees apply for the Council and participate on TIDE for a one-year term.

As part of WS Audiology, TIDE members also collaborate with the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Network.
