The Ann Arbor crew are great! The little plastic wire on one of my hearing aids detached. I called and they told me to come in that afternoon. Dan fixed it and I was out the door in five minutes. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Just met David today for the first time and I was so impressed with his knowledge and experience. I got Meniers Disease in 2014 and years ago when trying to get hearing aids there were non that worked so I was unsure what I would hear going to a new place. Well David did a thorough test, immediately recognized the issues I was having and told me about the Cros Bi hearing aids. I was so excited and relieved to know that I could use these rather than than getting a Cochlear implant. Office personnel were very nice also.
