Nicole Caltagirone’s journey into hearing health began after she graduated from the Deaf Studies and Sign Language Program at Burlington County College, where she also completed the Hearing Instrument Science Program.

With prior experience practicing in Cape May and Cumberland Counties, Nicole now brings her expertise to the Deptford community, where she also serves on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Association of Hearing Health Professionals. She is frequently praised by her patients for her honesty, patience, and ability to explain complex hearing needs without any pressure, ensuring every person feels at ease from their very first evaluation.

Valerie DeBenedictis is a hearing health professional committed to providing high-quality hearing solutions to the Deptford community. As a former nurse and current member of the New Jersey Association of Hearing Health Professionals, Valerie upholds the highest standards to serve those with hearing loss with precision and care. 

A graduate of the Hearing Instrument Sciences Program at Rowan College at Burlington County, Valerie brought her expertise to the HearUSA team in 2017. Her approach is centered on her long-standing goal of educating her patients and making sure everyone has access to high-quality hearing care. She’s dedicated her career to helping people feel confident with their hearing health and in their daily lives.

Dr. Preston Hoffman-Williamson earned his Audiology degree from Northwestern University, a focus that allowed him to fuse his background in sound engineering with his deep interest in patient care. He specializes in comprehensive hearing evaluations, personalized hearing aid fittings, tinnitus management, and aural rehabilitation.

Driven by the belief that hearing is essential to the human experience, Dr. Hoffman-Williamson goes above and beyond to help others stay connected to the sounds and people that define their lives. Whether he is navigating complex hearing needs or guiding a patient through the latest in hearing technology, his goal is to provide a respectful, meaningful experience that restores both clarity and confidence.
