After working the front desk at a hearing care center and witnessing a mother and daughter communicate for the first time in years, Jaime realized she wanted to help people change their lives through better hearing. She went on to complete the Washington State Hearing Aid Specialist Training program while previously earning degrees in music performance from the University of Arizona and Boston Conservatory. 

Jaime now has over 15 years of hearing care experience with four of those years spent as a licensed hearing aid specialist. Known for her supportive, caring approach and helpful guidance, Jaime continues to help people find joy again everyday through better hearing.
