Rachel has worked in the hearing healthcare industry since 2006 and is National Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences (BC-HIS). 

Throughout her career, she has gained comprehensive experience across nearly every aspect of hearing care, including patient treatment, practice management, insurance billing, procurement, and clinical operations. This well-rounded background allows her to provide knowledgeable, personalized guidance to every patient she serves.

Rachel believes that successful hearing care starts with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient's lifestyle, communication goals, and individual hearing challenges before recommending personalized treatment options. 

Her own family's experience with hearing loss - including her father, stepmother, stepfather, and father-in-law all wearing hearing aids - has given her a unique perspective and deep empathy for the hearing journey many patients experience.

Since beginning her career in 2006, Rachel has dedicated herself to helping patients achieve better hearing through individualized care and the latest hearing technology. Her diverse professional background enables her to guide patients through every stage of the hearing healthcare process, from evaluation and treatment to ongoing support. She is committed to staying current with advancements in hearing technology to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
