    Rachel has worked in the hearing healthcare industry since 2006 and is National Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences (BC-HIS). 

    Throughout her career, she has gained comprehensive experience across nearly every aspect of hearing care, including patient treatment, practice management, insurance billing, procurement, and clinical operations. This well-rounded background allows her to provide knowledgeable, personalized guidance to every patient she serves.

    Her own family's experience with hearing loss - including her father, stepmother, stepfather, and father-in-law all wearing hearing aids - has given her a unique perspective and deep empathy for the hearing journey many patients experience.
